Feeding Our Neighbors - MLK Day of Service

Monday, January 18 | 10:00am - 1:00pm EST

Along with the Catholic Charities of New York, the United Jewish Appeal-Federation of New York is offering multiple opportunities in New York City, Westchester, and Long Island to participate in the National Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service.

These opportunities are part of the Feeding Our Neighbors Interfaith Response.  Feeding Our Neighbors is a response to Cardinal Dolan's call that we all do our part to replenish food pantries and soup kitchens in our community.

This effort is especially important in the months of January and February, right after the holidays.

Volunteer activities will include: food packaging, arts and crafts, letter writing, and card-making. Kid-friendly activities will be available.
