Representatives from Catholic Charities eviction prevention program, “HomeBase,” in the Bronx, joined Congressman Jose E. Serrano (D-NY) and fellow leaders at the Bronx Museum of Arts last week to celebrate African Heritage Month.

“It is truly a pleasure to be able to recognize their hard work and service,” Congressman Serrano said.

HomeBase provides a variety of services for people facing homelessness including eviction prevention, paralegal services, financial counseling, case management, job training and advocacy.
