1. Bronx Ball, Saturday, May 20

The Bronx Ball, a black-tie star-studded event will take place on Saturday May 20th.

2. Bronx Volunteer Recognition Ceremony Saturday, May 20

Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. will honor nearly 100 Catholic Charities Bronx volunteers at the Bronx County Building/Veteran’s Memorial Hall, 851 Grand Concourse from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.  Get there early to hear Catholic Charities Community Service Executive Director Beatriz Diaz Taveres as she belts out the National Anthem!

3. 2017 Bronx Day Parade Sunday, May 21

Catholic Charities Bronx Regional Coordinator Fr. Eric Cruz will head up the parade with Catholic Charities staff, volunteers and affiliated agencies as we join celebrities, marching bands, community organizations, schools, sports teams and civic groups march along Mosholu Parkway from Hull Avenue to the Grand Concourse. Parade kicks off at 11:30 a.m.

4. Food & Arts Festival Sunday, May 21

After the parade, visitors can enjoy hand-crafted specialty items from Bronx-based artists and chefs. Bronx Health Pavilion will offer free health screenings.
